HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wanted a waffle and didnt have cash on me so I asked if I could pay by card at the counter but the stony faced staff said, waffle pay cash at counter with a BLACK FACE, as if I was indebted to her! It's outrageous service really. Totally unacceptable!

The most delicious waffles in singapore for a pocket friendly price of $2. The texture and finish is perfect and melts in mouth. Freshly made and always served with a smile in all oulets. Amk hub is my faveroite

Queue system for waffle very messy. There were many ppl standing around the counter. When asked the main counter staff that I wanna order waffle, she didn’t say anything just showed a blank face and said she don’t take orders for waffle, instead a helpful uncle told me to order directly with waffle counter staff, I mean the main counter could have directed me or take over the ordering for the waffle staff since she’s already so busy with the orders. Followed by me, a few more clueless customers asked us if we were queuing and we had to take over the staff job of telling them to order directly with the main waffle counter. However nice the waffles may be, they can do better in their service and queue system.

Got the plain waffle and it was hard and dry. To think they had put up a notice about using quality ingredients to ensure they provide quality products. I don't see the quality here.

There is a wide range of pastries available and the staff are quite kind and calm. They barely leave the shelves empty and have enough staff to work at the cake side and waffle side.

Waffles pretty awesome here. Do note that the waffle section closed at 9pm sharp.
