★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are about to go for the 2nd vaccine for my son, but before that we call and call no body pick up the phone.
Suddenly somebody pick up the phone
Asking when could we go for vaccination she said could come on a saturday, the doctor will be there from 8am till 12pm ! saturday came we went there but there is no doctor..
This clinic is not reliable and honest.!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell on my head and needed some stitches and injection. Injection was done well as injection site was prep with cold treatment which distracted me from the pain of needle, and local anesthetic and stitch was done painlessly. The thought of stitching was nerve wrenching but fortunately that the doctor was skillful and assuring, which made the process manageable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly nurses and doctor. Brought both my children (4mo and 22mo) for immunisation and consultation with Dr Lim Jia Qing. I must say he has a lot of patience with the kids and will explain on the medication given very clearly. He even teach and demonstrate how to use the ventolin puff with the kids patiently. He takes time to hear our concern. Highly recommend this doctor for kids. Not all GP can handle kids so well. Will definitely come back to him again (if needed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i when for my booster vaccination with my son both of us got the best gentle Dr Lim very caring and concern doctor. Just move in tampines area and glad that i choose the clinic for our vaccination. By my surprise such a nice gesture dr lim provide us a numb spray while he injected the needle into our arm. I will definitely stick to this clinic if i need to consult a doctor. Thank you Dr Lim ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was played out twice both times by doctor. After booking for vaccination . First time was called by nurse and informed that doctor had emergency leave, was scheduled to have vaccination to the next day.
Next day, after reaching the car park, was called by nurse to say doctor was not available and no other doctor available . Clearly ridiculous. Pls review your medical protocol if you are interested in clearly proving quality health services to patient. Hope MOH would look into this . At least have the decency to provide a backup doctor or locum
Would not even give a star rating from if possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to share my experience with Dr Lim Jia Qing. He is by far the best doctor within our premises. He is very caring and patient towards my girl. My girl airway was congested and he ask me to demonstrate on how the inhaler should be use on my child and from there he corrected me. I am grateful that he spent sometime to type out the frequency on how many puffs/times the inhaler should be use. Highly recommend ProHealth at Tampines Weave Dr Lim Jia Qing. ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this clinic couple of times. Dr Lim is very patient and detailed every visit. By far one of the best doctors I have seen. He also has a very patient nurse, making it very comfortable for me. What’s more, the nurse can speak many languages. Kudos! ??
