Recently consulted Dr Lee Waye for my long standing acne problem, he is one of the best doctor to go to, I promise. Dr Lee was so concerned, telling me that it is a MUST for me to apply my moisturisers and Sun block. I don’t know why the above comments that holds bitter grudge with such a good doctor. Please stand for the truth, if you don’t have anything better to say, don’t do it. This is a polyclinic with overloaded patients. If you want a better, longer consultation service, please go and consult a GP. And as a patient, we have our rights to request to see another doctor if we feel that this Doctor isn’t good enough. They also don’t charge us extras. Just voice out. The staff are nice, warm and friendly to help us always. Thank you PR Polyclinic!

If can put 0 star I will. I tried to book an appointment using My health buddy app , but the app say I need immediate medical attention and I could walk in and get a queue number. No need for appointment. Walked all the way, feeling unwell. Only for the registration lady to say is becuz I never go Pasir Ris polyclinic before. Which make no sense to me, as I had previously gone to the Bedok one before, with no previous visit and the health buddy app let me book appointment. Now the lady told me to come back later for the late afternoon appointment. Seriously what’s the point of the health buddy app telling me I can walk in for queue number cuz I need immediate medical attention, only for the staff to push me back 6-7 hours for an appointment queue number. Gone to the Tampines one, the nurse there even said Pasir Ris anyhow. Suggest you to go Tampines polyclinic as the staff there are more professional

If you are going to report sick at this polyclinic for URTI symptoms, do be wary of Dr. Lee Waye. He was an ex-MO for one of the battalions in Sungei Gedong Camp. He was known for not giving his patients the MC they need even though they have URTI symptoms, and in fact scolded them for wasting his time as he thinks that they are trying to chaokeng (fake illness) just because their conditions were not serious enough, definitely a breach of safety on his part. Last week I went to this polyclinic to report sick for URTI symptoms like sore throat and cough, and he was the doctor at that point of time. The first thing he asked me was what was my vocation, then proceeded to ask a lot of questions about my NS, and wasn’t even concerned about my condition. He then proceeded to give me only 1 day of MC. Be careful of this doctor if you are visiting this clinic, as he seems to not care about his patients’ conditions.

Had a poor experience with a GP. Went for a consultation as i was experiencing URTI symptoms, having a sore throat and runny nose. DR LEE WAYE (64764J) asked me multiple questions pertaining to my PES status, camp and vocation in NS, before even asking about my well being or symptoms and proceeded with his diagnosis. I wish the doctor would have paid more attention to my health as opposed to my vocation as it might have affected his judgement and eventual diagnosis. Was given a minimal days of rest before taking my ART.

Please be aware of DR LEE WAYE (64764J). He is extremely discriminatory and unprofessional. Especially if you are a NSF. He disregards ur own medical concerns frequently and gives you the minimal amount of treatment, sometimes even assuming that you don't need medicine which is ridiculous. He graduated from NUS in 2018 and only recently finished his NS last year as a camp MO. He desperately needs a lesson on how to re-integrate back as a doctor in the real-world. Not every patient you see is a NSF that wants to fake illness. Stop acting like your still a MO, if you want to then sign-on and stop disrespecting your patients. Although this has been some time, this memory is still quite prevalent and traumatic. Not only is he discriminatory he often medically gaslights you from the experiences of my parents. In what world is 1 day MC for URTI when you don't even know if your patient has covid safe. I really do hope some actions can be done by singhealth or for him to at least see the reviews and realise why he even studied medicine in the first place. Other doctors are really caring but its just this doctor that lacks empathy. My advice is for him to read the SMC Physician's pledge as he obviously doesn't follow it. If he continues this way I am seriously considering reporting to the SMC. I will go out of my way to obtain a SD from a lawyer in order to file my complaint.

So far all the doctor and staff are nice. But not for doctor Lee Waye I visit today. This doctor seems to not care about his patients’ conditions. When I told him my eye very dry and tired recently, sometime heart beat very fast. He straight away answer me "SOUND GOOD". He not even take my blood pressure reading. He don't deserve any star. But without star, I cannot made any comment. So NO star for Lee Waye.

I was there on 5th July 22 as I am having a sore throat & running nose. Was led to join the queue treating patients with Covid-19 symptoms. When my queue number was called, I greeted the doctor & told him I hv a bad throat & running nose when he asked why I was there. Doctor Lee Waye (based on the MC issued) listened to my lungs & checked my temperature. He didn’t checked my throat even I told him I had a bad throat. It happened so fast & I wasn’t quick to question after a bad night sleep. Want to know is that how the doctor see the patient?

Very appreciative of the services. Dr Johnny Chow and the radiographer I think Danny chan were good. The nurse who did my dressing (my Q num 1511) was very empathetic and gentle with my wound. Collecting medication was easy too. The staff took time to listen and allay my concerns and explained to me as well.
