β β β β β Dr Lim Sook Yean has been our family doctor for over 15 years. She's very polite and very sincere. She takes time to listen and accurately finds out the illness. I would recommend going to her anytime.

β β β β β Dr Lim is a female doctor. She is warm & very professional. She will be around most of the day time but a relief doctor, a male doctor will be covering her during the night hours. My entire familys' doctor should i say. The staff there are also polite and fast in rendering the service.

β β β β β Short: Fantastic doctor and staff! Extremely genuine, sincere and empathetic to the patients. Doctor Lim knowd her stuff very well. Price very affordable.
Long: Before the clinic was scheduled to open in 8.30, a queue has already formed outside (ard 3) When the gates opened, we were greeted by very polite and 'happy to be here' staffs who welcomed us in. The patient turn over rate is super fast, me being the 4th customer got in after a mere 15 min wait. (Perhaps it was longer but it definitely didnt feel like a long wait). When called in, doctor lim was very detailed in her diagnosis and care very much for her patient. All in all, very smooth and efficient clinic which has their patient's interest at heart.

β β β β β Dr Lim is an awesome doctor. She has been my family first choice doctor for more than 20 years. She's caring, attentive and shows empathy to her patients.
Of course, there's always a long queue there as she is popular in the area. However, her stand in doctors during absence is not too good, resulted her getting one star rating.

β β β β β Usually it is quite a long wait but the quality for a good consultation is worth the wait. Staff working there are very informative. My first choice for GP for more than 15years, Dr Lim, very observant, caring and listens well to our symptoms. She gives the most effective medications that relief our symptoms. Now I continue to seek treatment when needed for my son. Keep it up!

β β β β β Excellent doctor (Lim) - attentive, caring, patient and competent. A bit far from my place now and usually with quite a queue, but I still choose to go there. Staff are great too! Locums can be of mixed quality, but then theyβre temps.
