Q & M Dental Surgery (Clementi) - 321 Clementi Ave 3

Dr. Jennifer is the pretty experienced and patient oriented Dentist. She spotted my too crack which causing unknow pain and managed to save my tooth without removal and crown. I really appreciate it. After one year with only small treatment, My tooth is better now. Highly recommend for all.

Was treated by Dr Tan Bee Bee at Clementi Q&M. Painless scaling and polishing done very well for my bi-yearly dental checkup. I use to have painful bleeding gums that I didnt know I needed to use interdental toothbrush brushes to clear out for gaps in-between my teeth that a normal tooth brush cannot clear. Dr Tan Bee Bee measured the gaps between my teeth and advised me to use interdental toothbrushes and now I do not have bleeding gums anymore.

First time there, did my teeth filling there and was unable to floss between the two teeth. Went back kindly to reflect this issue but was told rudely by Dr Chen Chien that if he could floss it in, I will have to pay additional fees since I wasted his time. In the end, he flossed my teeth openly at the counter with customers staring at me. He forced the floss so hard in between the teeth and the floss broke instead. Only then did he say he would fix it but not at any point did he apologise for his behaviour. Understand that he might have had a bad day but I do not think that any customer deserve this rude attitude and lack of apology for his poor workmanship.

Dr Chung Changsun skillfully removed my wisdom tooth without any pain. He also took great pains (pun intended) to explain the procedure before he started working on it. Highly recommended. :)

Dr Sapphire Gan makes my mum smiles! She listens and addresses my mum’s concerns☺️ She is also well versed in English, Mandarin and Dialect, and explains treatment plan clearly. Very professional, friendly and approachable prosthodontist. Overall it is an excellent dental experience. Highly recommended!??????

Thank you Dr. Wong Tuck Wai for his patience and kind explanation. I did my filling today and I am happy that he had resolve my cracked tooth problem. There is no pain in the process, and he will handle it very carefully. Excellent work! Keep it up!

Very impressed with Dr Leong’s service at Clementi 321. My husband needed to do an urgent tooth crowning and she tried to expedite the whole process. When the false tooth did not come in on time, she contacted him and offered to do up an aesthetic one so that he can attend a business lunch. She followed up, managed to get the crown the next day and returned to the clinic to complete the whole procedure. She was very patient and understanding and we are touched by her sincerity.

I'm sure the doctor here is highly qualified. But I will have to give criticism for Q & M Dental Surgery's service in regards to their "on-arrival ART test service" on day 3 and 7. I booked my appointment at 2015 HRS, and was "told to be punctual" and arrive 30 mins earlier as early admission is allowed whereas late admission isn't allowed. Thus, I arrived at 1950 HRS, only to find large amount of people queuing (whether for ART, or Dental appointments, I don't know). At 2025, I asked a female staff who came out on roughly how much longer I need to wait, and why is it so delayed. She just said, "it's because a lot of people came without reservation, so there is a lot of delay. And I can't do anything about it." So I asked, "shouldn't those with reservations like me be prioritised?" And she again, just said "yes, but we have no choice. And I don't know how much longer you need to wait". This is definitely a no-go. I believe their planning failed for their on-arrival testing. The guy in front of me in the queue booked his appointment at 2000 HRS, by the way. I ended up getting my ART test at 2035 HRS, 20 minutes later than my appointment time. However, the male staff who supervised my ART test apologised to me to keep me waiting and explained what made them delay so much. So yes, I can't give 1 star because of the kind male staff
