★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been here twice this year and both haircut were done by the lady. I don’t mean to picky but for twice she just couldn’t give the thing you want. First time cut like no cut. Second time also the same... I have to spend so much effort communicate and get her to cut my hair shorter, because she keep saying that won’t look nice blah blah. True enough: Don’t expect to have any style or feel etc...she is already trying her best just to make you hair the length you want.
I used to be a loyal customer to the QB premium at Dhoby Ghaut, until it closed down then I came to this outlet. Now, time to find another one haha...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $15 for a haircut which is very affordable. This is a more premium experience than your average QB House. What's different is the professionalism of the staff and the ambiance. You also pay after (cash only) instead of prepaying. This place is right for me. Good, cheap and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the young lady hairdresser at millennium walk outlet unless you don't mind being her practice object. She don't seem ready to serve customer with her hairdressing skill. Layering was so bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciated the service from Candace Hew. She studied my head shape, and suggested a suitable cut before my studio photo shoot, and styled my hair after. Session took about 20+ mins but it was well worth $15. Very satisfied with my haircut. Thank you, Candace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed John Nee how I wanted my haircut, just leave the top side overlaying the fade. I showed him the photo. He was doing everything else correctly, until the colleague (lady) told him we are closing soon. Then John just cut everything else, my overlaying hair gone!!! when i carefully told him my hair is thinning. I asked him why? When i thought he told me he understand because we almost have same haircut, he replied it's "OK JUST COMPLAIN ME" with no apologies, NO SORRY.
OH MY GOD if you think 15$ haircut is cheap then go ahead!
