Better options around (don’t get me wrong, I love the Starbucks brand)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious service by the shop manager!!! 07/12/19 - ordered a house brew but was told by the manager to wait 5 mins. I took a seat where he could see me but after a 15 mins wait where he had looked at me several times, there was still no coffee! During these 15 mins, he managed to serve other customers their drinks and chit chatted with 2 xiao mei mei staffs but he still cannot be bothered to serve me my coffee. It was only when I marched up to him and asked " Where is my coffee?" then he remembered! He apologised but I am sorry, apology is not accepted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On rainy day best to tuck in a Starbucks meal and drink. This Starbucks in Millennia Walk is noisy because it's open in the mall walkway right near exit door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to sit back and have a cup of mint latte. Service is good and efficient. However sad to see quite a number of self entitled youngsters hogging tables for their studies. Times are hard during this pandemic especially the F & B industry. Every table brings in revenue for sustaining the business. Just hope these youngsters know the hardship and study somewhere so that they can free up the tables for genuine consumers.
