β β β β β Can you review your supply of curry donut? Sold out already at 3pm while all other bread still remain a lot!

β β β β β At Pullman today, 12 Feb β22 as usual, pickup a bread and order a LRG coffee.
To my surprise My coffee is serve in a take away cup, was told this is the standard policy when asked.
However, there no expressions of apology in the tone. :(
Need to sharpen the service level to create a better customer experience.
Business must be good to run out of cup at 9:30am.
Giving a friendly feedback for improvement.
Compliment to the Pastry Chef. keep up the high standard. Loving it :)
Cheers,
Thomas Choi

β β β β β Goma Red Bean Danish ($1.80). Think of this as a crispy, buttery anpan.
β The flaky pastry is dotted with black sesame, which provides an earthy, slightly bitter flavour that pairs well with the red bean paste.
β The red bean paste is smooth with just a hint of ungrounded red bean. It also isn't too sweet.
β And as you can see, the filling to pastry ratio is 2:1

β β β β β I took out a sugar donut and before I tried to eat it, I tore it into two pieces. But I found a hair inside the donut, which means that this bakery does not consider any hygiene. I recommend going to other bakery rather than coming here. Here does not worth any customers.. but if anyone wants to eat hair, come here.

β β β β β The sourdough slices from the same loaf has hugh holes. Asked staff why that is, she said that because it was sliced while the bread was hot. How do I put my spread on?? Expect better QC in your baking.

β β β β β Pullman Bakery from Hokkaido provides everyone with exquisite and freshly-baked breads, made with their homemade yeast and the freshest ingredients one could find. Good Japanese Bakery with a wide variety of sweet and savoury items available - all done with great quality and freshness! Cinnamon Stick Doughnut is soft and fluffy. Raisin french bread is very tasty as well. Butter and Almond croissants simply melts in your mouth - this is one of their best in my honest opinion. Perfectly toasted and just pairs well with a cup of warm coffee for a good afternoon tea snack. Would also recommend their red bean donut and Hokkaido Buns. Limited quantities per day as well for all kinds of bread, so go early and avoid being disappointed. Well if you are a fan of curry, they do have their famous curry buns with very generous with pieces of potato and meat, while marinated in savoury Japanese curry.
This is a little known Japanese bakery with only one outlet in Singapore here at Millenia Walk hence helping them to gain more publicity here. Conveniently located at Millenia Walk. #01 - 97 / 98. Walkable from Promenade MRT. Pricing wise, I would say it isn't not too cheap but too not expensive either. Most other Japanese bakeries in Singapore have their products priced upwards of $2 but their quality often does not come close to Pullman's. Worth the try overall.

Almond croissant filled with strawberry jam $2.60 is one of my fav from @pullmanbakery.official . Airy inside and flaky on the outside?
Perfect for breakfast to start the day.
