★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 4 times. Twice automated Cisco operator, kept saying you cannot leave mess ge because mailbox full. Twice I got thru to operator, Left a message for agent to call back. Nothing happened. 3 days later still waiting for callback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORSE Car Insurance you can ever get. WORSE after sales service. Not responsive at all, can’t be bothered attitude. Requested for policy termination/refund almost 3 months ago, till date still yet to receive any refund payment from them. Called them & reply was they never receive any request from my agent.Seriously, DON’T even think twice about engaging them for your car insurance needs. AVOID AT ALL COST! Shall see how long more they gonna take to refund my policy.
