★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called their customer service on 30 May 2022 at 2.30pm and was put on hold for 20 minutes and still nobody pick up the call. Maybe everyone all go for long lunches followed by a nap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never get an add on insurance on SQ flight with Allianz. You have to manually email them that you changed your flight in order for them to update the policy dates. It’s a very inefficient way, especially these days when customers change their flight dates all the time and updating your insurance policy is the last thing on your mind. Might as well get a different insurance.
