★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a screener, they promised my report to be out in 2 weeks. But after 3weeks, no report was sent via email or post. Called them up, administrator say the report is "with the doctor, it takes time to check and sign off". Promised email will be sent off the same day, and post the next day. After 3 days, no email received, no hard copy. In addition, the call never gets answered, had to go through internal transfers to get to them.

Long story short if you’re looking to book a health screening and you value your time and sanity, stay as far away as possible. They have no regards for you as a patient or a customer.
Background
My wife was booked for a 1015am slot on the 23 Feb 2021, we arrived well ahead of time. Then proceeded to spend 2 hours sitting around before she managed to get a blood test. By this point she’s been fasting for 16 hours now.
Despite repeated checks with reception, all that was told is, “just wait out”. And after I finally lost it and asked to speak to the manager; as to why it needed to take 2 hours before a blood test could be done (this prevents her from eating), the response was that that we might have ourselves to blame because the nurse couldn’t find you.
She’s now off to consult with the doctor before she can proceed with the other tests. We are now 2 hours and 25 mins here, not sure how long more to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service with 0 instructions. Ladies at the counter expect guests to be mind readers and know what to do. No point in making appointments either as when you get there there is no order people are received.
1 star is too high of a rating for this terrible clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and badly managed. No point coming here on time because the place has no system. They clearly overbook in order to make more money, half of the tests they themselves forget to take and blame it on you if it wasn't done. Also for some scans they want you to come on a separate day despite your booking date. To top it all up they close off refreshments at 1230 and blame you for taking so long if you couldn't make it. What a wonderful feeling after fasting for 14 15 hours.
