Came here for Pre Departure Test with my family. I was quite worried for my children as they are still young and afraid of the PDT. We were served very well by the nurses who patiently helped us to register and got us ready for the PDT. I was expecting the kids to cry but Jazzy ( PDT officer) was extremely professional and gentle with the kids . Really awesome customer experience and a pain free PDT for the kids. Will recommend others to come to this Minmed in Jurong for sure ! Thank you Jazzy and team !

Had a online consultation which cost $21+ and Med $18+ 3 simple medicine, specifically told the doctor not to give me a repackaged one by them as it doesn’t work for me, but they still went for it! The on-site cost is only $10 for flu symptoms and im paying $40 for rubbish, during tele consultation the doctor didn even show his face while he can see mine, how rude I don’t even know if he’s really a doctor ……..

On the 2 April, we brought our sister(she has schizophrenia and is 50 years old) to do a PCR. She was scared and pushed the stick away many a times violently, when doing the PCR. Staph and Audrey were so patient and even tried coaxing her. We want to thank these 2 professionals who really gave their heart into service. Thank you for being Empathetic and Professional. Minimed, they are absolutely keepers!!

Our flight is at 7:50 pm on the 13th of June to New Zealand. We booked the tests on the 11th of June at running from 7:15 to 8:15 as there were 5 of us. Understandably, the tests before 7:50 would be rejected due to the need to be within the 48 Hour window, however the tests at 8:00 and 8:15 should’ve passed. When we got there, there was no queue and they quickly sped through all the tests resulting in all our PCRs being invalid. The onus should have been on the clinic to remind us that we would have been outside the window, as other clinics such as Kingsway do this. Seems like that day was only interns managing the clinic and this they didn’t think to double check. Very frustrated, and when we called they were unwilling to help. Would not recommend this place, there are other cheap clinics as well that will actually check your flight details and warn you if you are about to take a test outside of the window.

The clinic is seems full force on pre-departure test. After I saw the doctor, waited about 30mins to get the ART test. Talked to few nurses, but just simply request me to wait. No one is following up. Very frustrating. Please dedicate few nurses take care of the patients. This is a clinic!

Booked an appointment for today at 615 for vaccination only to have then tell me, WHEN I ARRIVED, that their clinic no longer received supplies for that vaccine but they carried the more expensive version. What logic is this? No indication whatsoever on your website and you continued allowing the booking for that same vaccine?? You waste peoples time going there. Get your act together.

Excellent experience for pre-departure RT-PCR test. The staffs were professional and systematic. For each person the entire process took ~15 min only. I am also impressed by the staff who did the swab. He explained the process at the beginning and it was not at all uncomfortable (as heard/ seen in other clinics). I have received the results after ~23 hrs. I would strongly consider for any such needs in future.

Went in for consultation with my friend for her sudden allergic reaction. The nurses were really nice and helpful but the doctor's attitude was terrible. When my friend was describing her symptoms while trying to explaining to him that the allergic reaction could be from an accidental consumption of wine, he gave us the condescending look and tone as if we were lying to him. When my friend was feeling super dizzy, weak and confused to be answer his questions coherently , he suddenly raised his voice in annoyance and kept talking in a condescending manner. Is this how you are supposed to be treating patients? Especially a patient who is clearly feeling weak and confused? To make matters worse, when he tried to draw blood from my friend's fingertip to measure her blood sugar, he forgot to take his equipment to collect the blood AFTER pricking her finger. She was left there bleeding while the doctor slowly went to take the equipment. Afterwards he just gave her an alcohol wipe without saying anything. When she finally stopped bleeding, the entire alcohol wipe was covered in blood, so was the top half of her finger. I have seen nurses and doctors drawing blood from fingertips before, it is always quick and clean. How can what the doctor did be professional at all? Really disappointing...
