β β β β β Needless to say the service is excellent and their attention to details are to be praised. Lotsa perks were thrown in, extra dessert, even 2 loaf of olive infused orange cakes to be brought home, the cakes are superb! All ingredients are air-flown from France and itβs the season so all dishes are sumptuously showered with caviar and truffle. Just one thing to note, unfortunately, the reheating made the bread either too hard or chewy.

β β β β β I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite from the Classique menu tonight. From the starter, to the dessert, the quality and taste of everything was outstanding. The staff (a special thanks to Shawn for his care and attentiveness) is genuinely passionate about service and food and are super helpful when recommendations are requested. We canβt wait to return and wouldnβt hesitate to recommend Les Amis to anyone whoβs seeking high quality French cuisine.

β β β β β Went here last year, until now the buttery-flaky croissant, and the exquisite white truffle, still haunt me in my dreams convincing me to go back. It was that good!!! This made me fall in love with french cuisine and deserves more to be on the top list! (O yes, Iβve tried the other french restaurant ?)

Les Amis is good, but if I were to be really honest - I did not leave the restaurant feeling βwowβ.
Letβs start with the whatβs really working: staff was great, attentive-on point and makes you feel totally welcome. Special mention to the guy doing the cheese presentation, his story telling on the different type of cheeses, flavour profile based on terroir they were feeding on - impressive! Wine was good.
I definitely want to give Les Amis another try, but definitely not in September- I feel perhaps due to the season, the menu was very mushrooms/ truffle-focused - I take my ratings with a cost performance ratio in mind. Think we paid about 2000+ for a table of 3 with a bottle of good wine, and in my opinion- not worth the price.
But Iβve been hearing too many good things - and I blame it on my luck, so will definitely be back soon to try again and looking forward!

β β β β β Food: simple seasonal ingredients and extremely effective recipes. We went for the degustation menu and every single dish was fantastic, from the steamed uni, the asperges to the duck duo with foie gras. Plating was pleasant without being overcomplicated. We also had some cheese, (extensive selection available) with an impressive selection of homemade bread. Wine menu is extensive and we had well executed aperitif.
Service: kudos to the whole team. Every single member of the staff knew their menu well very well and were articulate. Which is unfortunately too rare in Singapore when having even a single staff able to explain what's in the dish without going back and forth in the kitchen (Michelin stars included).
100% recommend and will be back either with friends or date nights on special occasions.
PS: it was a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was full, service was still up to high standard despite the current COVID situation

β β β β β This 3-star Michelin restaurant has remained a fav through the years. You can usually expect a delightful dining experience with a kind of familiar, charming local hospitality.
The food never fails to delight the senses. I especially love the bread and the variety of cheese they offer.
On the downside though, the ambience, service and attention is not as good as another 3 Michelin-starred French restaurant in Singapore.

β β β β β Finally! A location and view might not make you think it is a great restaurant but it is. I am not qualified to comment the services and the setup, with a 3 Michelin stars, no need for comment. Want to highlight 2 dishes today, the blue lobster and duck breast. The blue lobster is so good, it worth every penny. It must be a male lobster and freshly prepared. The duck breast, medium cook, it is so juicy and gave me a new experience of this dish. Blood must be contained to keep the juiciness. Great services, very attentive and not over sell. The breads, appetizers, ice-cream and chocolate are so good and it is worthy!

β β β β β Service is excellence and warm. Server are knowledgeable of menu, and response fast to request.
Wine pairing is great as the wine they served with each course are well matched with each dish.
Food was good, just felt a little too heavy for me from start till the end, would appreciate a little more room or time for me to rest or refresh my palate during intervals.
Overall was a good experience, as many dishes were prepared using the traditional French technic.
