 My girlfriend bought me a bag from their house. I haven't carried the new bag. Because I don't like it, I changed it and told us that we only need to change clothes, not bags. A very strange answer, the clothes can be changed when I go back and try them on, but I can't change the bags if I haven't carried them. Asking the clerk to help contact the manager and not contacting the manager, the service is too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colour on the collar faded after just 1 wash, yes - ONE.
They blamed it on the choice of detergent used. That could have been possible IF the colours faded uniformly throughout the clothing. But noting it was just the colour on the collar that faded, that's not a plausible explanation.
As if the quality isn't bad enough to deter, the customer service also leaves much to be desired. It took 2 entire weeks for the shop 'check with the supplier' and for me to actively reach out to them to find out the status. They didn't bother updating had i not asked.
So after much tedious and thorough investigation, they VERY kindly offered a discount to buy a new piece. Sure, i would have taken up the exteremely generous offer if my intention was to create a colourful wardrobe full of faded clothing.
Alas, it's just one less piece of clothing for me and one less customer for recoil.
