Bad customer service & impression at IMM outlet serve by an attitude sales person Kenny . Place name card on table & just walk off . It should be a non obligation customer service rather giving attitude for not buying on first visit .

Uninterested store staff sitting around idling and playing with their phones. Expecting customers to come in and beg them to purchase their services. If you're looking for a renovation company, trust me - you're better off finding another professional company.

TERRIBLE service from Smartbox, from site measurement to repair service - almost every interaction with them leads to frustration on my end ? 1. Customisation was not done per request, despite me showing a clear video example & being told what I wanted was doable. 2. Overall product looks good & works relatively well but the design & workmanship in some areas are unsatisfactory. 3. Refusal to confirm the time for fixing faults until the day of, very inconsiderate. Then, the confirmed time was still not adhered to. Had to reach out to them repeatedly to confirm the time. After they confirmed a time, they would arrive at least 1 hour earlier, usually without any notice. This happened on more than 1 occasion. 4. Bad attitude from the installation/ repair team. Was told ‘there’s no problem’/ ‘this cannot be helped’ on more than 1 occasion when there was clearly a fault with the workmanship/ installation. They also proceed to remove items from the product when trying to “fix” the faults without asking for my approval & did so without care without bothering if there was any fragile items (e.g. dragging the items out & almost dumping them on the floor).

OMG ! i have made a deposit , now on CB everything on hold. The process is really slow and really have to pay a deposit before they come to your place for measurements ..... Hope it's not a nightmare....

I would have given 0 star review and strongly advised anyone whom wants to take up these cabinets to think twice, thrice. In fact, don’t even consider thinking about it. Firstly, preliminary sales is very convincing and enticing. Everything u ask they say can can can. After u placed deposit, things take a change. When u are doing final selection and confirmation, you will realize the selection is vast but all about the same. If you request for something extra, u will need to pay and at a very high price (example:stainless steel leg stand). usually leg stand is inclusive for kitchen cabinet. (Example kitchen cabinet usually is 3 drawers, if you request for more drawers they charge you $300 extra/drawer) basically you are like a “carrot” on a chopping board (in Chinese we call it), the moment u made the deposit.

As with the other reviews, do not buy from this shop. I went last weekend with my mom and the sales guy basically promised me a very competitive pricing of ~$1600 for a wardrobe (5ft width & 2m tall). He said that it's their promotional price, and that the promotion will end soon (typical sales tactic, especially since their actual prices are never transparent and cannot be seen printed anywhere in the shop). For those who want Smartbox wardrobes, I would advise you to go straight to Smartbox at Mega Courts at Tampines. The price there is $1200+ only (for the same model i was looking for: 5ft width and 2 metre tall) and you get tons of points/discounts/rebates!

I enjoy my purchase with Smart Box at Jurong East outlet . Tristan is very responsible staff and give good opinion to my build in wardrobe . I was very satisfied after saw my new wardrobe .Good quality and materials , will recommend to friends .

The stickers im just covering my own reflection from the mirror okays! Anyways i love how it turns out, it is more than what i expect it to be. Tristan help me alot with the ideas and design itself, very friendly guy. The workers who put everything in place, they do their job fast, attentive and they are friendly. ITS A YES YES I LOVE IT?
