He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. From our chats, I gathered he’s in the fridge repair business for the past 20+ years. That’s his sole focus. Very happy with the outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mitsubishi refrigerator was making weird and loud noises and I was very concerned. Simon was very quick to respond to my enquiry and he asked me to take a video of it.
We discussed what might the possible problems and reassured me that it won't explode ??
I decided to engage him to come down to repair.
The price was reasonable and he was very professional throughout the whole process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having some problems with my Fisher & Paykel fridge so I contacted Simon. He gave prompt responses, asking me for my fridge brands etc. I had trouble explaining the situation to him so he told me to take a video/ record audio and whatsapp him for a virtual diagnosis.
No hard selling from him so far, he explained about what could possibly be the problem before we decide if we want to engage his services which we did.
Overall a pleasant experience. Repair was swift and professionally done. Price was reasonable too. Will recommend to friends???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was quite immediate when I first called . Told me fridge motor needed to replace. Paid n done but after few days problem is back tried calling n texting both contacts blue ticked me but nvr replied nor answered my calls .. very disappointed with the after service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person who picked up my call was professional, friendly and helpful. Explain the issue to him and the brand of the fridge and he said that they are unable to fix it as it likely due to a motherboard issue and the manufacturer does not sell their parts to public. Hence, not possible for them to fix. (Other companies might just immediately arrange for a on-site visit and charge you for it, even without fixing it). He even say I can try asking around to see if any other repair company carry spare motherboards (from old fridges) and can fix it for me. I also asked how much it will cost for such repair, and he patiently gave me an answer. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Simon Tan was very quick to reply, extremely kind and friendly. He put me at ease (I have had other things break down this week too so the fridge was my breaking point). Fridge breaking down can be really stressful for sure ha…I did not realise.
He got it done in about 10 mins or so and now my fridge works!! Thank you again!!!
