Good parking for guests who arrive but need to have someone who intend to visit. Poor access to various units

Stone throw away from NTUC Xtramart and many amenities. Love the pool and the landscape of the estate. Lovely flowers everywhere.

Uber old and creaking on its last legs, can a benevolent developer take pity on this mouldering has-been and turn it into the proverbial phoenix rising from the ashes (hint: time to en bloc, come on guys)?

Delightful. Exquisite place really love the chlorinated water fountains and pools.

I have lived here for 5 years and have a few other properties. The management here used to be good, but if you go back today, it would prove to be the worst you will ever experience. The management does things extremely slowly and after speaking with them, you know that they are there to just so they have a job with the no motivation whatsoever. My friend was bathing in one of the showers in Regentville and a man suddenly barged in while my friend was already undressed, asking him if he knew how to use the sauna. He could do that because a few cubicles in the toilet was not able to lock anymore- good job management. My friend later told me after the man left the toilet that he thinks he saw him holding a phone with the camera side facing my friend but my friend was too shocked to say anything then. My friend told him that he did not know how to start the sauna and minutes later the intruder left the toilet without using it. Suspicious that he had to barge in to the cubicle without asking as though he is in a hurry and could not wait to use the sauna, and then minutes later, left the toilet. After my friend told me what happened, i went to the security post and told them what happened. They said they had to ask the management if we could view the CCTVs to identify the man and to come back tomorrow, and also, that the CCTVs are little fuzzy as they are old- well done once again management. That night, we made a police report and got a physical report that the officer said could entitle us to view the CCTV to catch the pervert. After going back the next day, i was told the manager was on leave and no one else in the entire office could view the cctv even after we showed the police report. One guy in the office even showed me a WhatsApp image of a privacy policy sent by another higher-up that states that we could not view the CCTVs. Furthermore, the manager was said to be unreachable and they told us to come back AGAIN the next day- we obviously had no time for that, and they said they will keep a lookout for the man based on our description. I highly doubt the credibility of the privacy policy but lets say it is true. Is it morally right however, to allow this case to slide, protect the pervert and provide resistance to the victims when they want to nab the pervert? Would they do that to their children? I told the office that time is of the essence and the worst that could happen was that the man post a video/picture of my friend undressed online.I asked them if they could bear the responsibility if such a thing happen in their compounds, and they still did not allow us to view the cctv. i then told them if they want to be accused of being a syndicate to this case and they could not give me a response. I have seen the man a few times in the club house giving tuition of some sort to children and i highlighted that to the office saying god knows what he might have done to these poor kids but the results speak for themselves for it has been almost 3 months and there are no responses/ updates on their side. All that could be inferred from this case is that the management of this condominium needs to be changed immediately and i do not see myself going back anytime soon.

This place has a big swimming pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, a small gym, a silent lobby, children's play area and a kids pool. The only thing missing is an free exercise ground. The round swimming pool from the upper floors gives the most wonderful view.

Very nice and relaxing place to unwind after a long day at work. Spacious unit and the location is strategic. The design of this condo is quite similar to the 5 tower in Suntec City. Very good fengshui. ?
