While the tuner did his job, he was continually deriding Yamaha & Japanese pianos in general and how they are "inferior" to German and European pianos. He kept on speaking negatively about how the Yamaha U1 components are "manufactured in China" and that Yamaha is deceiving people by stamping the piano as "Made in Japan". Not only what he said was untrue, but his attitude was very negative, as if though he would rather not tune a Japanese piano. If Renner's tuners felt so negatively about Japanese pianos, why would Renner accept to tune them then? I would never use Renner tuning services again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
