★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff person there was very rude. He said I cannot touch the pianos. I wonder why!
Worst experience going to a piano shop.
A few months later I went again and the same staff person recognised me and said that I am not allowed to touch the piano and saying that he has disallowed me before..
I had such bad experience. Why am I not allowed to play the pianos in the shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steinway pianos need no introduction. 5 stars for the great service. Came here to see the uprights, but my wish to lay my hands on a grand steinway at least once in my life even for 2 minutes was very readily acceded to. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by a particular staff, went there this afternoon with my friend(who was an piano enthusiast)and was told that we were not allowed to play the piano,he even said that my friend should not have played on the largest piano . We had no idea it was the largest piano. But it is a piano gallery,so I did not see why we were not allowed to try them . The staff got angry with my friend and even raised his voice at him. Really a waste of time
