We were in Joo Chiat and chanced upon Mr Chun, we told him that we were just looking around and he started to give us his recommendations. What captivated us to close the deal with Mr Chun is his product knowledge and sincere customer service. That being said, products will be products, price will be price based on the honesty of the business, however sincere customer service was what bought us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, i would say the shop is not very big but the service that we got from Mr Chun was superb. Even though some of the items have to browse through catalogue, but most of the items that we surveyed from other shops can be found here at a much cheaper price. I definitely saved alot by purchasing from Renoessentials. Will recommend Mr Chun to my family and friends for sure. Keep it up young man!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services! Especially the sale person Eileen, when I went to buy the bathroom accessories and appliances, she claimed that they will provide the after sales services and exchange. My tap need to exchange but she is not helpful. Ended up, I bought the new one from other shop.
Conclusion, I rather pay slightly more for the services and flexibility.

One in 2021 and the other in this year. Delivery and installation was very fast and good , no regret getting from them . Highly recommended as they are very professional in their job too.
