★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Fave voucher for scalp treatment and was served by Sok Fong who is very cheerful and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and she kindly explained them to me. She offered the option to upgrade from serum to mask which I didn’t opt for in the end but there was no hardselling involved. Treatment process was fast and scalp felt clean afterwards! The salon was also very clean and all the staff I met was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant treatment with Retern Hair. I'm lucky to be served by their consultant Sok Fong, she is professional and very patient to explain every step while doing the treatment.
It makes me have a piece of mind to continue the treatment. At first I was thinking getting the voucher would not get a good service (Most of it are like that). But her professionalism changes my mindset, even though just a voucher treatment makes me feel like I'm paying for an "expensive" treatment. Will definitely come back again.
Highly recommend her services. Keep it up Sok Fong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Reternhair and had a lovely experience. The salon was clean, spacious and cosy. Ted heard my concerns and then gave me a very detailed hair & scalp analyses before starting the 《Signature Scalp Revitalising Therapy》recommend for me. It is a customised treatment where Ted would use serums targeted at my concerns being itchy scalp with some big flakes identified! I enjoyed the whole process of the treatment where Ted would patiently explain the purpose of every step. Expect lots of massages throughout the treatment, and Amy gave a very pleasant and enjoyable shampoo experience too! I saw results in just 1 session and is convinced that their treatment really works!
