L	Li Yuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced instructors here are awesome. Reception staff, though young, are friendly and helpful. The studios are rather compact (no restroom but restroom is nearby), minimal waiting and resting area. Bikes are in good condition. Towels are provided.
R	Red Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice studio which is well-equipped, and usually kept clean. Bikes are maintained well. Lighting and sound system are great. Some of the younger front desk staff are slow to acknowledge guests, take action and/or offer assistance and help through checking-in and other interactions. This is despite at least 3 staff usually being seated there the majority of the time, mostly on their phones. Instructors are mostly great, positive and full of energy and enthusiasm. A/C could be stronger, cooler and/or use of a couple of rotating fans in the studios to better circulate the air. Men's changing room can be peered in to by anyone walking past if the door is not shut. It usually isn't kept shut. Also no benches or anywhere to sit when changing. 4 for the studio. 3 for the staff.
L	Lim Siyu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rev has the most motivated class with instructor giving positive vibes to encourage and give you the motivation work toward your goals. Which make the class enjoyable and looking forward to go to. Has been with them for almost 2 years and still enjoy the ride. And more years are counting....
H	Hayden Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rigid with their policies and not willing to exercise any amount of leniency and exceptions with regard to class cancellations and no shows, especially the front desk reception staff. Studio should place some emphasis in front desk staff training and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
K	Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun! The class is smaller than bugis but the hallway was less cramped than the bugis outlet. I felt like it's less crowded and cleaner here too. They roll the blinds down during classes to block out the light from outside. Nice view too.
S	Sulyn Choo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was running late & have read their T&Cs that I should give them a call if I was running late. However, the phone number provided by their website DOES NOT WORK. Checked with the receptionist when I reached who repeated the number to me and the call still did not go through. Clearly wouldn't have wasted my time going if the call went through but oh well be wary about spending your money here as they'll blame you!
C	Chu Ning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended an afternoon class on 9th july. Upon entering the spin room, we were told that the aircon was spoilt. Not sure if the earlier classes also spun under the same conditions but the class was still being conducted normally. However, after a few songs, the heat was really unbearable that the instructor even opened the door for ventilation. I expected more from such an established organization. The class should have been cancelled since conditions were not ideal for spinning. Either that or riders should have been informed of the situation when they were checking in at the counter to ask if they were alright to spin without aircon, with the option of them being allowed to cancel the class on the spot. However, nothing was being done and they just checked in the riders normally. It was highly disappointing that there were no proper protocols in place. Also emailed them on this issues but was ignored. never again.
B	Brendan Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to revolution for my first ever spin class with ClassPass on Monday 24/01/2022. My first experience at revolution was amazing! When I first reached, I was welcomed by their staff and he help us with the registration. Followed by giving us a brief orientation of the area. The whole place was clean and neat. Not to mention the shower room too. Sally, our spin instructor was amazing! She was motivating and enthusiastic to teach us during the class. I totally enjoyed the lesson ?? Will definitely recommend my friends to come! ?
