β β β β β Finally tried this place and itβs available on burpple! There was also no queue despite being a weekend during lunchtime, I guess the hype really died down but itβs quite saddening to see how quiet cineleisure is. The broth is actually really flavorful and strong wok hei flavors after the fire is poured over it. Obviously itβll be oilier than your usual ramen. Definitely not suitable if you want something light, but if youβre after something robust this probably hits the right notes.
Also the fire show and the whole process w the video and photo is also really smooth and well done. Bravo.

β β β β β The firey experience was quite memorable. Free mochi. Noodles was flavorful. Meat melts in the mouth. Matcha beer was a slight disappointment. I thought it was fermented matcha bit it turned out to be matcha "syrup" plus a bottle of asahi. Either way, the entire experience was great

β β β β β First time here, and we saw the ramen fire demonstration. The heat was real ?
Ramen soup wasnβt as thick as compared to other stores, which was great; wasnβt as jelat, thus making it more palatable. Tonkotsu broth was yummy, but salty at the end of the bowl.
View was great from where we were seated at..! β?

β β β β β Memorable fire show experience. A bit on the pricier side as far as ramen goes, but the broth was amazing with the wok hey taste. The noodles itself and the charsiew was a bit bland though. Recommended to at least try once for the experience!

β β β β β The famous ramen restaurant serve ramen with a fire show, which is using hot oil to create fire on top of the ramen. Personally think that the customer is too close to the fire, although itβs very special compare to other restaurant. The ramen itself is just average as I find it too oily and donβt really like that burnt oil taste. The ramen is not that cheap compare to other Japanese Ramen shop

β β β β β Honest review...... unless u are here for fire show experience, there really isnt a reason why you should spend 50-60 bucks for a ramen like this..
The craze has since died down and so we decided to give it a try, and atlas the ramen was pretty normal and super expensive (20+ per bowl). It comes with free corn and black fungus which was nothing special lah. You could add $5 for 2 side dish as well.
What i found good was the cha shu that was super soft and melt in the mouth, and the charcoal chicken was good (though i definitely wont pay 9.90 for 5pc of that lol). The soup was meh, ramen was al dente, and thats pretty much it haha!
Doubt i will be back.

β β β β β I went to Menbaka Fire Ramen 2 times so far, My first experience I was not very impressed as their Ramen flavour was a little blend, I do not remember which ramen I chose.
However. My second experience when I tried their Shoyu ramen was pretty different, I do recommend you guys trying their Shoyu ramen as the soup is really amazing! I was surprised!
Iβm not a fan of the fire show and it doesnβt add any value to the taste of the food.
I do love the matcha beer, even tho itβs just matcha powder with sugar syrup and one can of Asahi, it was surprisingly good for me.
Overall it is a great place if you want to try something fresh and a new ramen experience.

β β β β β Pretty interesting experience with the blazing display of fire on our ramen.
The taste is also quite nice.
Flavorful and not too salty.
Charcoal fried chicken and the 2 slices of pork are extra ordered sides
