★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not entirely honest with the prices. Was quoted $200 for two jobs, ended up being $200 per job, hence $400 total. At no point during the discussion of prices was it made clear to me that the quotation was for each job. (Dialogue went something like, "A and B, $200 right?" "Yes $200".)
Other than that, no comments on workmanship and efficiency. Mechanics were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, which with the good reviews here gave me blind confidence in employing their services. Just be aware when communicating with the mechanics and be clear the quoted price.
Other than the supposed miscommunication (or dishonesty, how ever you want to view it), my time with them was pleasant. However, I am not likely to deal with them again after the unfavourable experience and it is not worth giving a second chance to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I encountered a hit and run accident. Due to prolong waiting due to police investigation, non-charging decision by TP and low repair / claim amount, no workshop was keen to assist me in processing the insurance claim.
I was referred to RF Motor — Richard by a friend and they were willing to help me out!!!
For those who are not aware… workshops spend the same amount of hard work and time on insurance claim for low or higher repair cost. Which of course makes business sense for them to process serious repair cases only as they will yield more.
I am deeply thankful that Richard offered the helping hand. It goes to show they are sincere to go the mile to build their customer base.
The saying… you will only realized your true friends at your lowest point in life…. Precisely these are the workshops that I will support from now…. No matter how far their location is to my home or office. If they do the extra mile for me (a nobody), I am sure I can travel the extra mile for them.
