Told me to pay to change for the zip lining, at the same time to cover up the crack at the case..Suggested by the person, Linda, who was serving me and she even further comment that your bag is still usable, no repair needed. What?! She didn’t even bother to send my bag in for a thorough check!

Always the best service by Rimowa! Walk in, if they can service the issue with your luggage straight away, they will do so you won’t have to come back again to pick it up. Especially perfect for a tourist like me that is just passing through Singapore!

Fantastic service. Needed a couple of rivets replacing after my case was banged. They repaired it in ten minutes, no appointment needed. This level of service is a key reason why Rimowa is the luggage brand to have.

The service center is very straightforward, walk in, fill in a short form, and someone helps you almost immediately. Many repairs that can be done quickly are handled on site (ex. I replaced the wheels on my bag) and there is a comfortable waiting area. Very friendly and efficient staff - made getting repairs done a very pleasant experience.

Walked in. Showed them my broken lock. Fixed in 20 mins while I sipped coffee in their cosy lounge. Fantastic.

I would like to commend your staff named Paw for her 5-star service during my visit at Rimowa Service Centre at Mandarin Orchard. To share my experience: Upon entry, she welcomed me and greeted me with a smile. She right away offered assistance and checked my luggage. At first, i just want the handle to get replaced, as she was checking, she also offered to change the locks since she identified some issue with it. Thank you for being proactive! I also asked her regarding my phone case that i bought less than a year ago. She right away checked my phone case and informed me that the casing is qualified for a 1to1 exchange. She assisted me all throughout the whole process and it only took 10days to get it replaced. Overall my experience with Rimowa is really amazing! For those who need assistance, please look for Paw! She wont hesitate to offer her help and go further. Kudos to you Paw and keep it up!

Came here after my luggage was damaged by Icelandair handlers. First luggage assessment Then they will issue report in 2 working days to be submitted. U can take luggage home, all done in 15 min.

This is Wonderful & Efficient Service ! I had only few hours in Singapore. Went to the service center at 1PM. Needed a lock to be fixed & Stitches to be repaired They were quite busy on a Monday afternoon but my request was attended to and suitcase was ready by the Evening same day. Staff was so helpful & Professional. Great after sales care ?. Makes me so happy about the Brand !
