Terrible aftermarket support on a recent cadence sensor purchase, that broke during install. Garmin classified this as "physical damage", and would not provide a replacement. Had to purchase a new unit.
I cringe at the thought on how Garmin management / support would respond to my query should I run into issues on my existing devices. These include two Fenix watches, Neo Tacx 2T, Garmin Edge, among others.
Buyer beware. Good devices, terrible support.
