★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience. Dr Koh was very nice, she reviewed my case and shared with some options to consider. Not pushy at all and was very professional the entire session. The treatment was smooth and everything went well. Definitely will consult her again if there is a need! The nurses were very attentive and helpful as well. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get our PCR departure test and the result was out earlier than 24 hours!. On top of that, the waiting time for the PCR is also short. Excellent service from receptionist to swabbing staff. Process was a brisk with PCR results notarized by them. If your looking for a PCR test, I highly recommend Q&M!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my utmost gratitude to the aunty at the front desk for still giving me a chance to register for an express PCR swab test and especially to the beautiful and kind-hearted Ms. Jasmine. She understood my concerns about not being able to go back home if the PCR test is not finished before my check-in time.
And patiently swabbed me. Many thanks for your excellent service. The result came in 7 hours. So its 7 stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentist Ong Y S (female, aged assumably below 33) did a very rough and uncomfortable job on the teeth cleaning . It felt terrible and rough. She was extremely arrogant and extremely rude when I had questions on the consultation charge.
Worst experience ever! Worst cleaning I ever had!
The other dentists In q & m(in other branches that I went) were gentle and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a dental emergency biting a chopstick! ouch! Dr Sivarajah was so patient and positive throughout which made me feel so much calmer while he treated me. The nurse en ying was also very helpful and cheerful, very rare nowadays in this stressful world! Thank you Q&M!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreaded visits to the dentist due to painful experiences that lasted for days in the past. Badly needed extractions for 2 teeth and was attended by Dr. Koh. She clearly explained I needed an extraction by surgery and another normal extraction. To my surprise, both session were close to being painless. In fact, the normal extraction felt nothing and was done within minutes. Dr. Koh and her assistants were very friendly and made both my visits a pleasant one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compliments to Dr Brendan Lee at Q&M Tampines 1. For some strange reason, two of my tooth fillings happen to fall out around 1 month of each other, and both times I was fortunate enough to have Dr Brendan as my attending dentist. He was very patient with my enquiries, knowledgeable, and very precise with replacing my tooth filings. Every step of the way, he would verbally prep me on what to expect, like when there might be some sensitivity, when there would be vibrations from cleaning the tooth, right down to what flavor to expect from the cleaning gel he was using to prep the cavity before filling it up. Totally satisfied with what Dr Brendan has done for me, and very much appreciated. Thank you very much, and I look forward to my next routine cleaning appointment. ???
