Bike shop run by uncle and his wife. Uncle is v experienced and did a great job replacing my old bike seat and pedals, then pump air into wheels. Abt 30 mins. Good for cycling after that. The bike was not used for more than a year. We are v grateful. He charged us only $25 for all the work, and said we need not replace the other parts that can work, eg bike bell. The couple belong to the old generation small shop biz man who may not know what modern customer service is, but they deliver. Go to them if you want to fix your bike. They also sell new bikes, tho they said due to COVID, the higher price ranges are sold out. They have the lower cost bikes which are still available, from China and other countries, Fast service, cost-effective and knowledge. Strongly Recommended! :D

They helped to fix up my bike that we had difficulty fully assembling on our own. Great price and service! My bike works well and they also gave me a good deal for a bicycle lock :) definitely my go-to bike shop in the neighbourhood now! Thank you! :)

Went yesterday for bike servicing. Owner managed to identify a missing screw at my pedal and found an extra to fix the issue. He also helped to degrease and oil my chain, grease my foldie handle stem. Very pleased with the experience and great price too. Thank you.

Read the mixed reviews especially on bad customer service but went anyway. The key in getting great service is approaching Uncle at the right time as he is the only technician there and can get a little edgy when everyone is asking for him. Be direct with ur bike issue and he'll tell you upfront if he is able to fix it. Aunty was also nice and taught me how to oil my bike chain. Older folks may not be able to express themselves in the best light but gain their trust, be patient and u'll leave the place as a satisfied customer receiving good value & service, and a better tuned bike. Hope the feedback helps!

Contemplated leaving a negative review but it's been bothering me the past few days. Decided that I should share my experience to forewarn others. TLDR: Went in with a simple problem, left with more problems. Total nightmare. Avoid at all cost. Brought my bike down to fix chain rub issue. Uncle removed the entire front derailleur, fiddled a bit before telling me that he doesn't know how to fix Sram system because, in his own words, too complicated and he only knows how to deal with Shimano. Hastily fixed back my FD and sent me away. Ended up being unable to shift my gears at all due to lack of tension when he put my FD back. Had to spend 3hrs back home trying to fix the issue via YouTube tutorials. Wished he had led with " I don't know how to fix Sram" and I'd have saved both of us time and trouble. Entire breakdown: Brought my bike down on 16Oct to have my front derailleur checked out (chain rub issue). I was expecting a simple adjustment of the limit screws, but the uncle straight away removed my entire front derailleur. After which he couldn't screw it back and complaint that there was an issue with my existing screw. Finally fixed back my FD with a replacement screw and went on to fiddle the gears to check for chain rub. I watched in utter confusion as uncle adjusted my brakes cable thinking it's the tension wire for the shifters!!!!! My shifter cables are all internally routed. FACE PALM. Shortly after uncle got frustrated and said "I don't know how to fix Sram, very difficult, I only know Shimano." REALLY UNCLE, REALLY????? Then why don't you say that before you removed my front derailleur? I would've have walked away. Ended up leaving the shop with my front derailleur NOT WORKING at all. Had to spend a good 3 hour plus at home trying to fix the issue myself. Turns out he didn't bother to pull the tension before fixing the derailleur back in position. Sigh. Note: Unable to upload videos on Google review. Otherwise I'd love to show you guys the condition of the bike i left the shop with. Not to mention in the midst of all this, there was another Malay customer who came in with a question and both the uncle and auntie started to get annoyed. Didn't take long before they were raising their voices at each other and the customer. The customer even had to say he's not looking for trouble and he only wanted to clarify something. All in all a very stressful and unpleasant situation.

Yesterday I went to this great local bike shop, TH together with my friends to get some bike accessories. My friends are satisfied with their warm and hands-on services. The owners are truly professional, never hesitate to explain their products if you have any doubts or questions. Will definitely recommend TH to all my khakis. ?
