★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Top notch service! Had problem with my bike tire nozzle as it keeps disconnecting whenever I pump air. Brought it to cycle 21, diagnostic was done on the spot and issue resolved!!
On the contrary, the other bike shop at L1 (axim) #01-53 gives ugly bad experience. Asked if able to check, say no unless I pay $15 to replace the tube in the tire. BTW the guy just use eye power and quote. Zero diagnostic and shop still put provide servicing. Ask if i replace will it resolve the issue? Still have the audacity to reply "I don't know, ur bike is not purchased from me". Thankfully I did not stuoidly pay $15 when it could be just the pump technique.
