Prompt service. Valuable advice in care and products. 2nd service but first was abt 3 to 4 years back and this time for a different part. Device is still good condition as I take on their advise and do own routine product care.

These guys deserve a 5 star. Friendly and explained in details even to a lady in front of me. My vacuum cleaner battery dead though its still under warranty but battery is comsumerable I had to pay which I think its reasonable.

I have a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop Essential and the battery has died off that needs replacing. While googling for robot vacuum servicing in Singapore, Robot Care Centre ranked the top search. As there were some mixed reviews and it was also my first time sending my robot vacuum for servicing, I did have some reservations but overall I would say that it was a smooth servicing experience. I initially reached out to them on WhatsApp to find out about the cost of replacing the battery as I suspect it’s the battery issue and they quoted $70 which is relatively reasonable as compared to having to spend another $300+ to purchase a brand new robot vacuum. - Service In terms of their service, it was a pleasant experience. Partly because I went on a weekday afternoon and there were no que hence the technician was able to attend to me quickly. He did a complimentary diagnostics and as I suspected, it was the battery issue so it was a relief for me. I was half prepared to have to spend more to service it if it turns out that other parts of the robot vacuum was faulty. The servicing takes an hour which is a reasonable turnaround time. - Directions I wished that the directions video posted on their “Contact Us” page website could have a clearer direction from Jurong East MRT. I only realised about the J Walk route when going back so I had to brave the hot sun and cross a few traffic lights on the way there. :( Here’s a direction guide from Jurong East MRT and I hope this is useful those taking public transport. 1. Alight at Jurong East MRT 2. Go through Westgate and look for ‘J-Walk’ signage and follow the path to IMM 3. Once inside IMM, go to level 3. If you take the travelator, that’s the closest to Kopitiam. If you take an escalator and see Best Denki, just walk over to Kopitiam and follow the directions video from Kopitiam entrance onwards. If I may suggest, and if they have the manpower to support, having an on-site servicing option would be good for customers who live further from Jurong.

Bought the Minihelpers vacuum cleaner at Lazada’s flash sale in Oct’21. Since then, I had to replace the long tube as the clip broke. I also had to replace the clip on the main body as that broke too. I also had to buy an additional spare battery as a fully charged battery can only last about 20 minutes usage. Charging by the way takes a long 5 hours. Finally the motor died on me after 5 months. Take my advice. Do not buy any Minihelpers vacuum. The quality is so bad and they do not last at all.

It was not easy to get here, but their customer service was superb! I gave them a call and they patiently told me the directions here. Technicians were able to provide me on the spot assistance as compared to some other service centres that made me wait for more than an hour. 100% recommended!!

Service shop, not a selling center. There are so many people bringing their broken items here and they are all unhappy, kinda weird because it means so many items sold are actually broken / defective. My product was brand new and it was defective. Already a week from the time I asked for help, and it’s not resolved so wanted to get it refunded. Not recommended - seller was on Lazada as Minihelpers. They wouldn’t even pick up the item and deliver a fully functioning one—had to spend money (about 15-20% of the cost) to get an item I bought in good faith only to get it fixed right away. Not worth it, and sounds like a scam. So if you are buying from Lazada or Shopee from Minihelpers or shops that have this as service center, I really would ask you to think multiple times…

I received Video on the way to their unit at IMM and makes it so easy to follow. Very efficient, brought the robot vacuum to check and parts replaced immediately. Price was reasonable. Bryan was very detailed in what he was checking and replacing. And patiently checked to ensure it was in perfect working condition. I am impressed. Thank you for the Good service provided.

It's hard to find as no one give the best direction. NOT INSIDE IMM shopping .It's opposite JURONG Health lobby C as seen in picture.just next to IMM taxi stand ( left ) and walk into the glass door and take lift to level 3. Service is OK but can be better . Please give detail what is wrong with the item and not just fix and that's it. Customer service is not perfect but not as bad as some review. Guess they just service the item that's all. Saw many go there for their hand held vacuum so the quality.. do note if u wanna buy.
