Rocky Master @ White Sands - 1 Pasir Ris Central St 3

First time here and the staff is late in opening the shop. Finally opened and saw more than half the menu is unavailable. Might as don't open. Traveled all the way from punggol to try it and met with disappointing outcome. By the way please spend some money to clean your shop name hanging up there. It is filthy.

My first visit at this new opening outlet.The place is spacious, very bright and nice ambience.No loud music played thus you can really have a peace of mind to chill and relax with your friends,family or being alone.The staff is very friendly and cheerful and he even highlited to us the promotion deals.We ordered the Al-fungi pasta and are so satisfied with the delicious flavour of the creamy sauce.The mushrooms in the delicious creamy pasta is so generous in amount.We literally finished up the whole plate.The niceberry cold tea is a thirst quencher as you can add your own syrup and adjust to your liking. For the finishes we have the devils brew coffee to go with the chocolate brownies and eclairs.I am so indulgence with the thick chocolatey and semi sweet flavor of the brownie as the texture is so well balanced and same goes for the eclairs too.Once the cake is eaten it is gone.Overall its a nice place to dine and the food is so good.

Went up to the counter, the pinoy server just stood there, no smile no hi. Bought the Devils Brew coffee, Devils brew latte and mini banana loaf. We had to clean the tables ourselves, the place wasnt busy and they had 3 staff. Anyways, good place if you just want to be left alone when you have things to do. Wifi available

It is full house on Sunday 11am. We got the last seat available but no one cleared the table and we had to clear ourselves. Waited for 10mins before it’s our turn to order. Another 20 mins for the food to serve. The beef burger was cold when it served and it felt like it has been there for sometime before serving. This cafe is lack of manpower, the cashier girl is nice but she has to do too many tasks. Additional manpower came in at 11:30 but the morning peak was over, and soon another kitchen staff left, so not exactly additional manpower. We may not go back again.

Went today the outlet in White Sands since 8am. Waited till now at 8.45am, outlet still not opened yet. Website states that the outlet will be open daily from 8.00am, and there is not even a notice or announcement here for any delay or whatsoever. Really disappointing....and it spoils my day!!!!

Pro: decent food with variety for cafe style. Not as crowded comparing to others even lunch time. Service staffs is friendly. Con: food wise nothing to wow about as I order rocky all day breakfast which personal better in terms of variety but taste meh. Other: it's Hala cafe so it's all chicken ham/bacon. I would recommend if you need a quiet spot to eat or talk only

Great service by friendly courteous Staff. It was our first visit for lunch at this outlet. It was delicious!

Came about lunch time with shop about half filled, and theres 2 staff in the shop, 1 in kitchen 1 at cashier. Food is pretty ok nothing to shout nor complain about. The staff at cashier seems very overwhelmed and struggle to multitask. Agreed with some reviewers saying this is a place if you wan to be left alone...
