Doctor is very kind and patient, gives each patient 30mins.However waiting time can go up to 2 hours

friend was sick and went there, too bad he was too early (1pm), so he decided to wait for it until 2pm, it finally opened at 2pm, but the doctor only turned up at 3pm, friend was waiting 3 hours in total plus... luckily my friend was still ok, not too sick, otherwise.......

After my doctor moved to Chinatown, Dr Sng was my doctor I saw from 1986 till 1997 from my secondary school till National Service and when I first started work before I move out of Rowell Court.

3rd person to wait from 2pm. Only get to see doc after 1hr 45mins later. Doc is good. Meds she gave me fix me up. But the waiting time took too long.

Horrible first experience about few months back. Booked my appointment the day before around 2pm (I was the first patient), doctor only came around 4.30pm and didn’t bother to apologise or explain why was she late. Receptionist was also clueless about her whereabouts. Few months later, I finished the prescribed cream and called to check how much will it cost before I make my way down to purchase. Receptionist was impatient and said she’s busy, didn’t have a chance to explain myself before she impatiently ended the call. I actually called twice on different days hoping that a different receptionist would be kind enough to check the prices for me. But I assumed the receptionist whom picked up the call was the same person. On both occurrence, she hung up without giving me time to explain. Do not recommend going there unless you have time to waste.

Dr Sng is a wonderful GP; she was patient with my situation, answered all queries in no rush at all and gave me lots of tips. It was the longest time I spent with a GP and prices are so reasonable here. Just call in to check if she's around before coming as she may not stick to the exact opening hours. Also this place only accepts cash.

Very good service receptionist and doctor both are very friendly... doctor very kind and patient to hear our problem and she is willing to give us proper answer for our qustions

Dr Sng and her team are always professional and friendly. The receptionist also make effort to remember your name! My experienced with Dr Sng is that she will always prescribed very appropriate medication with the greatest efficacy. She is also very patient and never in a rush. She listen to you and give very professional advices.highly recommended!
