★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staffs when i was shopping there (big Indian guy with glasses), didn't even welcome me when i entered the store, heck he could've at least smile at me. He was acting like he was busy doing who knows what at the cashier. And when i asked him for assistance (asking him if another Champion tee with a different color was available), he snarkily replied, in a condescending way. Like i was annoying him/taking his precious time, or he was judging me and came to the conclusion that i was probably not gonna buy anything there (which i did buy the tee in the end). I asked him another question politely, and he answered with short words with his back facing me, walking away from me (he didn't even want to look at me). Dude, you're looking like you actually wanted to get fired from that place. Not my fault that you had to serve a customer when you didn't even wanna be there/work there. Can't i give a half-star rating for this? Heck, i'd happily give it zero star if it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is mainly for clothings and accessories as there are hardly any sports gears like racquets, balls etc. Good for those getting your sports apparels. Staff service is decent. Overall a very very small but functional outlet if you only need to buy sports apparels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff needs more training and better customer resolution. I took a shoe towards the cashier, wanting to make payment.
And then the sales associate just took my side and pass to another customer who is trying the other side!!! And seriously have no courtesy to let me know while I waited. She could have asked both customers if they are okay before choosing one if both are interested in the same size and design.
As a retail brand, you need to step up on your customer service if you want to compete with online retailers. What’s the point of going to your retail shop if there is no value add!

The staff was serving my husband and when she came back with the shoes from the storeroom, a Caucasian man butted in and kept asking her about the different types of sport shoes. She became distracted between my husband and the man and pushed my husband's shoes to her colleague. What kind of service is that?
