★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had made a purchased last Sunday at your shop, and I was totally disappointed & so shocked to one of your staff her name HAIQISYA, the amount purchased made was only SGD15.09 and she did a transaction on my visa card amounting to sgd515.09 which are in huge amount, we found out at the last point when we're checking all the receipts.
That was not acceptable at all!
Disciplinary actions must be given to her!
Due to negligence & huge mistakes of your staff, it was really hassle, stressed & inconvenient for us to go back along of the complaint on how to void the mistakes transaction that she did and how long my money to be returned back to my account.
She has this rude attitude at first by the way when I was inside the shop! but I tried to managed myself.
Enclosed the receipt and the transaction that she did a huge mistake, which are not acceptable at all, lack of determination and NEGLIGENCE.
