There was promotion of 20% off as I got 2 pairs. Originally was $33.90 each, after discount was $27.12 each pair. Pretty happy with what I got. Comfortable, clean looking, cushion, anti-slip, good sole casual walking shoes under $30. Spend $60 to get membership. Needed 2 pairs of shoes for casual work use as I have to rotate between them so they don't smell as I sweat through my feet sweat a lot. Got them settled at Shine with the help of a friendly Chinese speaking staff on shift. Told her my requirements and we worked from there. Was recommended one anti-slip white one strap slip-on and another black anti-slip cushions crossed strap slip-on. Wore to work and rotated between them and received compliments on the shoes. Told them was comfortable too and recommended them to this shop. First, I went to Rubi and saw shoes with a reasonable soles are in the $40 range and thought it was overpriced as over the years I have gotten shoes from Rubi and they never lasted. Then, I went into Metro to look at comfort walking shoes and there was nothing fitting my requirements. those $20-40 slip-on designs were outdated, the choice of material and thread did not match well and were most meant to target older ladies. Those that matched my requirements were $100+ namely from Flipflop and Ecco, although they are comfortable and has good reputation for their quality but there were way over budget. Next, I went to Bata. Got my eyes on the comfit series and prices start at $35.95. There were some from this series that was on promotion ~$20 ea but the designs were nothing eye-catching and limited sizing. Was not willing to pay for comfit shoes. Lastly, made a to Shine and got what I need.

Came in with some difficulties in finding a good shoe for myself but kudos to Haley from Northpoint outlet for all the help! She took the time and put in so much effort to pick out some shoes that i might like and had my sizes. I walked out with 2 pairs thanks to her great service! Thanks Haley!!
