World Class Product and Service Quality After our initial designer/contractor sent us a quote with so many questionable items, 4 weeks before we got the key to the house, one of my close friend arranged for us to meet Dan and Bing. During the meeting, we briefed Dan and Bing our ideas for the house. For instance, we wanted a lot of natural lights, we wanted arches, we wanted open dining area, we want wet and dry kitchen, we wanted certain materials, we wanted the tiles to be laid in certain ways etc. Both seemed to get exactly what we were talking about and they were very honest of what they could do and what should be left to the expert (heavy duty doors and folded glass doors, for example). They have also given ideas or alternative ideas to our crazy ones. We decided on the same night that we wanted them to take up this project. I set up a whatsapp group chat the next morning, and asked if they would like to take up this project and they did. We agreed that timeline was very tight, we had 3 weeks to finalise the drawing, ordering of materials and we also told both that we must move in on certain date in January 2021. We did realize that we had to be very decisive and both Dan and Bing were very helpful in making things easier. They arranged for meet up with suppliers, visiting factory to look at materials. Before the renovation started, I also told them that to take care of my new neighbours, and they did. The house was finally completed in a record time in early 2021. We got the dream house, exactly the way we wanted it. Both Bing and Dan proved that those designer/contractor nightmares we heard so much about were just rumours. Their product and service quality and their after renovation service are world class. My friends and I have been so impressed, a few of my friends have been calling Dan and Bing to do up their apartments too. We are so glad we made the decision to change the designer just one month before renovation. Thank you Dan and Bing and all Rubiks team.
