β β β β β gosh called 20 minutes earlier before coming down to make sure that there is space for massage and was told that there is available space. reached here and I was told that they do not have available slot. was pretty sure that I called the correct number and the one who spoke to me was coughing over the phone.
don't come if you don't wna waste your time.

Ended up paying $166 extra after paying $120 initially, totalling to $143 per pax.
Initially, my boyfriend and I went for a 60 mins body massage and paid $120 for 2. Therapist asked if we wanted additional 30 mins as it would be just nice to release the knots. We agreed thinking it would be extra 20-30$. They gave us "hot oil" which we thought would be free, also did "gua sha" for us as she highly recommend it.
We should be informed regarding the additional charges and agree to prices before providing the services. We were utterly shock but could not do much as services were provided. Even though my therapist only "gua sha"ed one side of my shoulder

β β β β β Massage was sad, theyβve written fully body but when you go-in half-way through the masseuse asks for additional cost for front and bottom. Such pathetic service. Masseuse wasnβt good, and they have audacity to ask for more money, saying 60 mins can only do back. For front have to pay more. Well I hope the owner reads this comment and fixes the staffβs behaviour.

β β β β β Worst massage experience at S&N Spa! Whole session was a torture by masseuse Ivy. She literally stand on top on me more than 40mins with full weight, even with her holding the bar. It was horribly painful. She kept emphasizing to me she is chinese physician and knows the points. Kept rubbing and pressing me hard , and now my whole body feels like i went half marathon and climbed a hill! Super aching and painful now. Worst experience. Previous lady was good Thats why i went there. But this round was a Great Disappointment and Suffering! Going to massage is to enjoy and relax, not to be tortured.
