Best Fresh food market in Singapore

On another account, this company insisted on receiving full payment and claimed they would issue a refund via paynow, but did not follow up. Rather disappointed by unresponsive and dishonest service.
W	Witawat Choo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest seller. Had ordered vegetables from them and they missed out the mesclun. They said will deliver it the next day but the next day still miss out. Same thing repeat again and said will deliver two days later because mesclun is out of stock. You sell salad but your salad is out of stock. What a joke. Absolutely dissapointed with the service they have provided. Not recommending anyone to purchase from them unless you want poor service and product. One of the worst vegetable seller i had ever purchase from. This is my first one star review.

They informed me via shopee chat that they do not have stock for asparagus and delivery will be pushed to the following day (Friday). Had to asked them on the delivery status as I did not receive until late evening. They told me that the delivery will be before 9pm when i was gonna use to the ingredients to cook dinner for that day. Delivery was not made at 9pm, and they told me delivery will be delayed till 10pm. Actual delivery was made after 10.30pm, driver didnt bother to give me a call and just left the box outside my house. Items delivered was incorrect (normal lettuce instead of romaine lettuce), asparagus was not fresh, the stalk had already wilted, and strawberries was 230g inclusive of box when it was supposed to be 250g. The quality other items are also not very fantastic.

The $30 mystery box (on discount at $22.50 when I purchased it) is a bargain. Made my family an IG-worthy brunch that cost a fraction of what we’d pay at any cafe. I will be back regularly to stock up.

b	benjamin sng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of vegetables, poor customer service, ordered vegetables for the next day but only informed me that they cannot deliver after my dinner service has ended. Gave me mushrooms that were at least 4 days old already all mushy and dark, quality is thrash even after letting them know they still continue to give us rubbish quality mushrooms. Delivery timing also all over the place, tell me 3-4pm delivers at 6pm instead. Then goes ahead to change delivery timing to 6pm-7pm, then proceeds to deliver at 8pm. It’s just ridiculous how can the customer service be so poor. FYI my business is located in the same building as them, but they can’t even be bothered to deliver on time or give us acceptable levels of vegetables and mushrooms.
