β β β β β I can only recommend Amy, chiropractor at SamataSoul.
I came to her as I had back pain since my pregnancy a year ago.
She helped me understand what could be the root of this pain and how the spine works. Very interesting and helpful to understand how your body works!
After only a few sessions, I am feeling SO MUCH better in many ways, the 3 main improvements are :
- I donβt feel any back pain
- I donβt feel exhausted at all times like before (used to wake up already tired ? thought it was because of my baby but was because of my spine)
- I have endometriosis and used to feel extreme strong pain, every 2nd part of my cycle, had to take strong pain killers to keep going. The pain is totally gone (I almost canβt believe it!)
Donβt hesitate to start your journey with Amy for a better life!

β β β β β I highly recommend Samata Soul! I have been going to Samata Soul for a little while now for chiropractic adjustments and will continue to go regularly due to the service! My body feels more connected, my posture has improved and I'm even sleeping better. It has been so much more than just adjustments with Dr. Amy. She is teaching me and my body to naturally relax and heal itself as well as taking the time to show me mobility and stretches to improve my overall body movement. You'll be getting a wholistsic look at your body and spirit at Samata Soul - highly recommended!

β β β β β I saw Dr Amy Hawthorne regarding rounded shoulders and bad posture. Since seeing her I have less headaches, felt taller and just overall better in myself. She treats the whole system- not just a quick adjustment and out you go. I have really felt my body change and become stronger and I am much more aware of my body and its position now. Can't recommend her enough.

β β β β β I have had back aches, a painful neck and shoulder and stiffness for the longest time. While going for treatment with Dr Amy Hawthorne I felt more flexible and my back ache diminished. Her treatment is very gentle and calming, at certain times I felt heat in my back and spine ( pleasant) as if she was touching the areas even if she was not. I highly recommend a visit with Dr Amy if you have pains and aches.

β β β β β A haven not to be missed! I have been receiving spine care from Dr Amy for around 4 months and have benefited tremendously from her touch and expertise. My sessions have allowed me to better understand my body, receive needed and relieving adjustments, and commit to a regular tome for relaxation.
SamataSoul is also a beautiful, welcome and safe space that creates a unique and incredibly warm experience. I have had the pleasure of joining a number of their group and community events, and love the variety of practices and techniques on offer. Highly highly recommended!

β β β β β Started going to Dr. Amy about one year ago to get more flexibility in the spine, to relieve tension / stress especially from the neck / back and to be able to breathe easier.
I chose Dr. Amy's techniques because I did not want the "cracking" which other Chiropractors do.
Dr. Amy is caring and intuitive on how to perform the treatment, and goes beyond just the physical treatment on the table, by also giving advice on stretching and excercises.
Highly recommended!

She is a highly skilled certified Chiropractic Doctor and I would recommend her to anyone with a chiropractic issue, skeletal/spinal alignment problems, and lower back pain. I had a suspected pinched nerve and radiating back pain and after a series of sessions, my back feels much better and I am pain free. I have had a very positive experience. Thank you so much.
