Refresh TCM Wellness @ The Star Vista - 1 Vista Exchange Green

Have been coming to this place for massage to sooth my tired shoulders and back. I tried Ah Seng and he's really good and I've been going to him ever since. I always feel so relaxed after his massage and could sleep better! Would definitely recommend him to others!

Have been regular customer for years. Jeff is an experienced and skilful masseur who is able to address my problems n help to relieve my stress back and neck pain. Besides, Karen who is the receptionist is very friendly n helpful as well.

I've been a regular at Refresh for more than a year as the neck and upper back massage helps me relieve tight muscles after a day's work. The massage itself was a hit and miss as it depends on the masseur I got assigned to, but I made do, as the package was not very expensive. My experience during the Covid period has put a spotlight on their customer service though. The package has a 12-month expiry period of which the bulk of it was when such shops were "locked down" or Singapore had high cases such that customers may not be comfortable with close contact. My package expired unknowingly and the shop refused to extend the expiry date. Given the exceptional circumstances, and since there is no cost outlay to the company, I thought they could simply extend the expiry to keep a customer. But nooooo, they said I have to top up for another package of at least $590 to reinstate the expired one, which likely has the same 12-month expiry. Yes there are business challenges during these pandemic times, but there are personal concerns about making use of the package during these times too. With such an experience, I'd be crazy to top up. Consider me a customer lost, plus my family and friends , and hope this review helps others make their decision.

Terrible service..I came here to relax but instead had to go through 1 hour of pain..already told the male massager to use less force but he used more instead..and ask me not to tense up so he can massage properly..how can I not tense up if he is massage so hard till a point my shoulder is swollen now instead of relax..will not come back to this place ever

The guy kept on talking non stop , boasting about his tui na skills and even forced customer to acknowledge it . He kept saying he is single and available . No girlfriend ! Hello ! Im here for massage , not for match mate session !!!! Terrible massage session ! Wont recommend to anyone , especially ladies .

Terrible experience. Wonder how the place is in business still. Painful massage, and a request to ease pressure was met with more intense, paniful massage. Audacity, body shaming "you are big sized, hence you need the deep tissue massage with thumb, cant use palms.. this is not pleasure massage, if you can't tolerate take the 40 min massage next time" i dearly hope they change their

I have been having treatments with Shi Yu Bao for tennis elbow, sciatica and a stiff neck. After the first session I felt a lot better, now after only 3 sessions I can feel significant improvements, thank you so much!

The foot massage did by one of the masseur on the first & third time wasn’t pleasant. One of my feet which is normal become painful and swollen with redness after the massage. Especially when I walk or stand, more painful. I guess my tissue is injured and hopefully the pain won’t last too long. I had given the feedback over phone. The staff just acknowledged without further advise. Therefore if you want to have foot massage here, my experience told me that it is on your own risk. Paid for pain ?
