Bad experience with repair service. Watch brought in no less than 3 times, 1st time brought in there was still 3-4 months warranty remaining, never able to fix, dragged until warranty over and quoted me a hefty repair cost. That's how Samsung treat customer. Been using Samsung devices for many years, recently brought in s22 ultra for repair, bought barely 1 week and speaker gave crackling sound. Given prior experience not much high hope. My another phone, Xiaomi, never give problems for past 10years. Mixed feelings. Any suggestion how to ensure Samsung gives better repair service or at least stop them from dragging for months till warranty over? They have no intention to repair within warranty period lol. Any agency to provide legal means?

I was accompanying my cousin for service today. While waiting there was one Indian customer started to shout and continuesly being rude to one of the female malay manager over at the counter. She patiently explaining but he keeps on refusing. Being on the service line isn't easy and she managed to remain calm and respect the customer in that situation. As a manager myself, I really respect and salute her professionalism handling the rude customer. To Miss Manager, good job ?.

Good queue system that lets walk-in customers see the progress of the queue and one can go for lunch or shopping while waiting (that's what I did). Came back when left 1 ticket before me. Waited another ~45min at the centre and thought i heard a service staff say queue system isn't working. When I approached another service staff, she said customers who booked online has priority over walk-in customers and that altho my ticket was obtained ~2hrs earlier she can't do anything to help me. I should just wait. Later when asked she told me there are 3 more online registered customers before me. As i was tired I decided to give up and left. I felt that walk-in customers are 2nd class compared to online registered customers as that was how she treated me compared to how she profusely thank another customer for waiting. So be warned if you want to walk in for service especially after office hours.

Worst place to for customer service experience. Waiting time is so high.... More over not much staff and a single person and thats not efficient one queue call takes approximately 15-20 minutes.... @samsung must be doing something on inefficiency....#samsung

Sent in my flip3 to repair because of the dent, i was told will be 2-3 working days, however i waited for 8 days. When i sent in to repair everything is perfectly fine with no scratches on screen, only dent on the hinge. However, upon collection i notice there is some scratches on the front screen. Phillipino lady name, Dina told me she cannot confirm as she doesnt know if the scratches was already there when sent in. But when i look at the collection slip it indicate product defect: "dent on the hinge area" but didnt indicate any scratches. The lady saw i was talking on the phone, took the chance faster take my card to make payment, which i place the card infront of me. How can she be so rude and assume thats the card i want to use, and just take like this. Definately be my first and last time visiting

Customer service officers are pleasant, and helpful. But this is negated by the horrendous workmanship and attitude that seems to be given by the technicians who work there. My Galaxy S21 Ultra is barley past 12 months old. I've had to bring it in for repairs twice. Each repair took more than 3 collection attempts and visits for them to get the repair done right. Both times, the cameras returned with smudges and/or dust behind the lenses. The second time, it wasn't even brought in for anything related to the camera. Each and everytime, I had to convince the staff that the condition was not acceptable. Each time, the customer service officer would say that their technicians claim it looks good enough to them. On occasions, condition of the phone after leaving it with them for rework remained exactly the same despite their claims. They claim that the damages left by them wouldn't make any functional difference and hence it was something I should see past. For a phone that cost nearly $2k new and a repair that costs more than $400, Samsung leaves much to be desired. Both in quality of manufacturing and workmanship of the original product, and in repair qualityband service. Having used Samsung phones since the early days of Android smartphones, I know that this would be my last. I know this means nothing to Samsung Singapore, but I thought that I ought to have my experience shared with others.
