She approached me as I was browsing at the various phone models and was very knowledgable with explaining the various functions as well as provided suggestions catered to my type of usage. She was also very friendly and was able to guide me through the entire process from selecting a phone model to greeting me when I step out of the store. It was a pleasure to be served by Claudia and look forward to shopping again at ION Samsung.

The whole process of transferring the data from my old phone to the new phone took more than 5 hours, and Sonia and her colleagues were very professional throughout. Although they had to stay past the store closing time by more than 1 and a half hours, they were still very patient and friendly throughout the whole time I was there. Really appreciated the great service!

I would like to compliment Yong Xiang, he is very friendly and patient he manage to answer all my queries before making the purchase. Great experience, definitely recommend my family and friends to visit the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do we find and experienced at Samsung Store ION? Amazed by the friendly and warm welcome by their staffs, special compliments to this young lady staff name Pearly Liew. She was very helpful and professional enough to introduce and recommend the phone models which satisfies my needs though I’ve already mentioned I may not be buying that very day. Despite not making any possible sales, she is very patience and able to answer questions I had. I highly recommend paying a visit to Samsung ION if you need to get any phone.
