★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager here went above and beyond to help me - I bought two items which went on for a 30% discount a week after I made the purchase, and even though I just exceeded the 7-day exchange period (which by the way is 30-day for the US franchise), the manager here, Jess, took a lot of effort to negotiate for me with the HK headquarter so I took the difference between discounts as a note that I applied to other purchase. I appreciate the time and effort they spent in making sure I maximize my dollar spent, will definitely keep coming back to the same location!
