★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store assistant Diyannah was really friendly and patient. I felt that she was genuinely helpful – she was offering suggestions, gave opinions on the colours that she felt looks good / doesn't look as good on my skin tone.
I was able to pre-order one of the dresses in a customised colour for a small fee. As it is light coloured, they offered double lining and was able to accommodate to removing the slits on the side so that it can be lined till the hem. Following that, I received a call from Gin Lee herself who offered some suggestions to the dress (have the fabric in a heavier weight instead of double-lining it) as the design of that dress may not look as good with double lining (excess amount of fabric). I was really impressed by her professionalism, and appreciate the call to check in with me to get it just right.
Not to mention, all the dresses looks really good! Looking forward to wearing the dress on my ROM day! Thank you for the wonderful experience with a personal touch.
