Was attended by Walnard and he is super nice and friendly. Nice hair cut and satisfying with the rebonding. Highly recommended and definitely will come back again.

Brought my son down for a hair cut. Walnard attended to us and he was very patient and gentle with my son. My boy used to be very difficult when it came to hair cuts, but this time round he didn’t cry or fuss. He stayed put while Walnard cut his hair. Thankful to have discovered this place!

I am a regular to this salon for at least a year plus. During my visit, I had been attended by Ken, May and Walnard. I must say that it was a positive experience so far that I introduced to my wife and she became a regular too. To be honest, when Ken left the Sembawang branch to Woodlands, I decided to stop visiting this salon as he was good and nice. But i gave this salon another chance and I met May & Walnard. Both of them gave me the confidence to patronize it once again. It was also because of them that my wife and I decided to renew our hair treatment package. Sadly, when both my wife and I visited the salon today, we learnt that both Walnard and May would be leaving to another branch. We sincerely hope the management could reconsider their decision to continue let them stay at the Sembawang branch. From a customer relationship that blossom to a friendship is nowhere easy to be found. The management should be thankful that with their presence, they would be able to help the company generate good sales. I think i should post up for those that haven't been here recently/first time visit, please think twice again as all the old staffs had changed to all no manners aunties.. Done hair cut using my package (sogned at sembawang), charged me $16 but last time was told by old staff there was $12. The manager (pink short hair auntie) was so rude and unprofessional explained to me, because the last session i done at marsiling branch (diff branch) was $15, and additional $1 is for hair blow.. but all along i do hairblow no add on charges. Wow really nonsense.. will never go back to this outlet anymore.

Walnard was my stylist and he was very meticulous and patient in answering all my queries. He did a wonderful job to my hair and recommended a good colour for my hair. His scalp and hair massage was really comforting. Definitely recommend his service.

This salon's haircut is very affordable. My hairstylist Walnard was very professional and friendly. If you have a certain hairstyle you would like to try don't be afraid to approach him. He would listen to your request and help you achieve your desired hairstyle.

I had a wash and a cut. Received styling tips from the lady hairstylist, Alice. Good job! I didn't wait long even though I didn't make any appointment. Other hairstylists can be seen being friendly with their customers too.
