β β β β β Very unfriendly staff and service crew. My mum was there and was struggling to use their self service screen. When she asked the crew for help they told her that thereβs nothing they can do and she should figure it out herself. In the end itβs a young guy queueing behind her that help her with the ordering.

Come out fr toliet.
Never wash hand.
After doing business.!!

β β β β β KFC in general never cease to disappoint. Decided to have a go at their breakfast as I was sick of McDonaldβs and ordered the Riser meal and the size of the chicken patty was just SLIGHTLY bigger than a nugget.

β β β β β Bought 2 zinger boxes and changed both the whip potatos to fries and paid 40c more(cash) as they didnβt key in. Came home and saw NO additional fries and no whip potatos at all. Speechless!! Very troublesome to check everytime I go KFC before I leaveβ¦. Guys hope it will not happen to you. You have been always this clumsy KFC..!! LOL

β β β β β Indicated chicken breast on the app's order interface. Collected order and came home to find out that the chicken provided was incorrect. For a fried chicken restaurant, the staff really have a bad reputation of getting the requested chicken parts wrong. The chicken quality is also noticeably poorer than the branch at Hillion mall nearby.
