โ โ โ โ โ Not bad... But not the best I ever ate before.

โ โ โ โ โ A bowl of curry rice at $4.50 comes with braised pork, fried pork chop, cabbage and egg! Tops with lots of curry and rice. I find it just ok as the curry flavor kind of mild and bland. Prepare to queue for 20 mins to get your turn during the peak hours!

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped by on a weekday afternoon at about 3pm. The food wasnโt even warm, it was cold. I understand itโs non peak hour but itโs still no excuse. The pork chop was slightly floury and too salty. The taupok was so cold and obviously left in the open for too long. The curry wasnโt fragrant either.
The only plus side was the very large portions of food. Even the egg came with 2 yolks. Everything for $4.50.
Wonโt return.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite large serving, Chicken wing with a dab of cabbage and generous amount of braised pork hidden underneath the wing! Lots of curry and gravy so the rice isn't dry โค

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the signature curry rice and the taste was average. Curry sauce was below average, the braised pork was alright, chicken wing was not great too.

โ โ โ โ โ $5 for their standard set that comes with an egg, cabbage, chicken wing and lor bah. Generous with their curry gravy but the curry flavor is average at best. Chicken wing was so so only. They still have quite a bit of room for improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ I wouldn't say this stall is the best curry rice, but it is definitely worth to beat the queue and try. There were a variety of side dishes to select from, to match with your curry rice. I chose their pork cutlet, chap chye and egg. Pork cutlet was deep fried to crisp but it was not as oily as it seemed. A big piece of cutlet was selected and scissors cut into thin slices onto the plate. Chap chye was soft with a slight crunch, but was a bit on the salty side. Each plate of rice was then coated with their thick sticky curry and braised sauce. This combination of sauces was smooth and made the whole plate of rice very flavorful and delicious.

โ โ โ โ โ Chance upon this stall on social media and was actually looking forward to dinning here as i a big fan of scissor cut curry rice. This was actually my 2nd visit, the first time i was here they were already sold out for the day.
There wasnt any queue when i was there. I was able to order immediately. They have a few sets to choose from and prices starts from SGD$4 onward. I choose the set with pork chop, braised cabbage and egg. Added a extra braised taupok for additional 50cents.
Sadly, the food didnt lived up to the expectation. Pork cutlet was dry and bland. Curry tasted 1 dimension and wasnt even warm. Overall, didnt really have a good experience.
