Both cats are calm when I pick them up after the sessions, and they always smell so good and look picture purrfect. The staff at Pet Pat are also very kind and patient in answering my queries through WhatsApp, and are prompt in searching for the next available appointment for me :) You should definitely send your furbabies to a company that you can trust, and I definitely trust Pet Pat to care for mine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only been a meowmy for less than 3 months and I've taken my 2 furkids to Pet Pat twice now. So far the service has been excellent and the rates are very reasonable. Customer service is superb as they send you photos of your kitties being groomed and they're always super helpful answering all my newbie questions. Will definitely keep coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cookie's first grooming session since we adopted her a couple of weeks ago! Pleasant experience, she was not stressed out after the session too. Petpat even gave a report card, so cute ? Personally, I do find their prices quite reasonable, their staff is also very responsive to my queries and subsequently sent lotsa of follow-up photos and chatted for a bit on Cookie! Friendly place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just brought my one year old cat for full grooming in pet pat today. My cat does not like grooming. Alwin, Jen and the team took good care of him, they are very patient with him, letting him take break in between so that he is not stressed up. Alwin pat him, reassuring him while grooming. Although hours were longer but it is worth it. My cat did not looked angry or upset when he is back. Jen still text me after I am home to check on the well-being of my cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent Ollie here for a grooming session to try and he was very chill and calm after the experience. Being an all-cats salon helped and it's less stressful for the kitties. service team makes me feel assured that my furkid is in good hands. Ample parking space here for customers to park comfortably, drop off cat and then come back to pick up. Closest lobby is Lobby 2, take lift to B1 turn left when you exit the door.
