β β β β β Great service!! Dr Sara Bay and the nurses there are so friendly and patient! They did so well with my nervous and anxious dog when she was there for vaccination. By the end of the consult, my dog took treats from them. It was a joy being there! ????

My Chin used to have abscess. Dr. Rachel managed to treat him and he is free from abscess for 1year now.

β β β β β Because my dog just passed today, I'm having mixed feelings about this clinic.
I first brought my dog over and she was seen by Dr Joel Garcia. I explained to him that she was an ex-breeder dog who was rescued and recently adopted by us in December. I asked him if my dog was okay because she had lost her appetite and her stomach area was bloated, but he just told me to observe her.
When I returned with my dog a few days later, another vet advised me to have an ultra sound done. An ultrasound was performed at the Punggol outlet the next day, which revealed that she had a uterine infection. Her surgery was only scheduled for Friday (8 April), but her condition worsened on Thursday around midnight (7 Apr). She eventually died after being put under General Anaesthesia.
All of this could have been avoided if I had received the correct diagnosis for my dog. I hope that this would not happen to any other dogs.

β β β β β Friendly and approachable staff and vet (Joyce) that gave us some peace of mind. I've only been once and it wasn't a serious ailment, but I could feel that the vet genuinely cared for animals and wasn't just out to make a quick buck by randomly recommending procedures.

β β β β β Dr Adabel Lo is my favourite vet here. Seen her twice already. I feel that she genuinely loves animals from the way I observed her handling my cat. Thank you <3
I also like the fact that Spring Vet does not endorse or promote any particular brand of pet food to profit from customers.

β β β β β I'm really happy with the service that we received at Spring Vet (Hougang). The front desk staff were so chirpy and patient with our questions. Dr Joyce Lim was really nice as well. It was a wonderful and warm experience throughout! Thank you for taking great care of our 13 yo puppy!
