I would like to share my experience with your company staff at Causeway Point Woodlands Singapore. On 29/1/2021 around 8pm when me and my daughter steped inside the shop and heard a woman saleperson talking very loud with a auntie (probably a customer) trying to reschedule her delivery. She was talking very loud and also screaming to the auntie which makes me think is that how your staff is suppose to treat customers? Morever, who would want to walk in seeing your staff just screaming at the shop? I continue to choose a my bedsheet and suddenly the same staff which I first mentioned just shouted "No cash! NETS only!". It was only around 8pm and no more cash accepted?! In the end, I just pay for my stuff and quickly left the store. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I hope you can train your staff properly to prevent this from happening again.

The sofa, mattress & bed frames are simple in design but very durable & quality. The 2 saleswoman today are knowledgeable in their products & very good customer service & friendly. Offered very good advice to my parents & brother who bought 2 sofa sets each family. My parents bought a sofa set with a bump support for lower back which is very rarely seen in design.

Came to the causeway point outlet at 840pm becasue checked online it close at 845pm, but refused entry and the staff say they close at 830pm, let me in very unpleasantly and when I enquired about the king Mattress they say stock order takes 1.5 month. Just to let others know sea horse stock 1.5 month if you want to buy their product to plan early.

I would like to share my experience of purchasing a sofa on early Jan 2022. We were told the sofa would be delivered by the mid of Feb 2022, but we didn’t receive any notification by mid Feb 2022. After numerous calls, we finally got connected with the office and was told they were not sure when they could make the delivery! Till now, almost 2 months after we had made the full payment for the sofa, there is still no news on when the sofa can be delivered. If you are thinking of purchasing from seahorse, THINK AGAIN !

Ordered a Sofa in January 2022 for Hari Raya Supposedly to deliver in March Didn’t deliver Need to call them everyday, then they say delay till Mid April Now mid April still cannot deliver Hari Raya coming no Sofa….!!! If you cannot fulfill the order please cancel & refund back our money Not keep pushing & pushing This is not scam but day light robbery Buy at your own risk….

First, is your Woodlands outlet contact number correct? Next, could someone return my call!!! I supposed to receive by today and yet nobody informed me of any delay. Your phone rang for ages and nobody picked up and when picked up, gave me a beat round the bush reply. If I had received your call or text about the delay, would I still be calling you today. Gave you time to check but now after 5pm, still not update of a return call. Even though I had repeated calling you but nobody is picking the calls. So when will your staff be going to contact me for the rescheduled delivery? Wasted a day leave for waiting. So are you going to compensate me for that? So disappointed with the poor service for a good product.

Seahorse Woodlands branch 1)One day before the date of delivery then called and informed us that shipment was delayed by 2 over weeks? 2)When the sofa finally came, there was a big cut at the back of it and the delivery guy just act blur and quickly pushed it to the wall pretending not to see it. 3) Tried calling their hotline for hours and no one bother to pick up the call. End up I've to make a trip down to settle the matter Very bad customer service and journey. I will definitely stay away from them from now on.

I had earlier ordered a sofa, second time buyer here. Bought my first seahorse sofa 6 years ago and I thought it’s value for money and good quality. However, this round the service is bad. Was expecting delivery, however did not receive any notification so I wanted to check for confirmation. Tried calling the shop (many times at different times in the day) but NO ONE picks up the phone. At times, the line was engaged, so it’s obvious that there was someone at the shop. What’s the point of having a contact number, but it never gets picked up! After emailing, then there was response that the sofa would be delayed. I was going to dispose my old sofa prior to delivery, but glad I didn’t do so yet.
